Are we good teachers when encouraging the writing kills of our students?

Writing is a difficult task, not only to achieve but also to teach. There is no guide to writing "by the book" although one can always learn the basic patterns and outlines of each piece of writing. But what happens when creativity cannot be taught?
Here's a great site that takes into account that a writer can suffer from writer's block, and revises every single step in the writing process: from choosing a title to building the vocabulary content and ordering the ideas. Very useful, check it out!!!
